Graaskamp Real Estate Visionary Award

Every two years WREAA selects a recipient for the Graaskamp Real Estate Visionary Award. The purpose of the award is to recognize the successes and contributions of an individual or firm to the real estate process. Each recipient has demonstrated an ability to successfully integrate both a business and social ethic within the real estate process. This award is given in the spirit and tradition of the Wisconsin Real Estate philosophy. A list of past honorees can be found here.

The Distinguished Real Estate Alumni Award recognizes the commitment and dedication of a University of Wisconsin-Madison real estate alumnus that can be seen through his or her continued involvement and support of the UW Real Estate Program and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. The Badger Deal Fund continues a tradition of 'giving back' by UW Real Estate Alumni and Friends. This fund is used to assist the WREAA in funding its long term goals that advance the Real Estate Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Funding goals include providing financial resources for student interns, scholarships, student field trips, faculty support, department assistance, and more. The fund is the beneficiary of donations made by alumni and friends who complete successful real estate deals. The WREAA presents the Deal of the Year Award during the Biennial Wisconsin Real Estate Conference recognizing the Badger Deal of the Year.
