How do I reset my password?
 
Navigate to Membership > Manage Profile > Information & Settings > Edit Bio
 
How do I change my region?
 
Navigate to Membership > Manage Profile > Community > Groups
 
Can I be affiliated with more than one region?
 
You may only have one primary region. Defining your primary region allows us to provide invitations for WREAA events in your area.
 
How do I register a guest for a WREAA event?
 
You must first sign out of your membership record.  Then, from our event page, select the event, and proceed to register as a guest.

 

How do I manage my Career Hub subscription for new job openings?

 

Navigate to Membership > Manage Profile > Networking & Careers > Career Postings > Subscribe

Select your level(s) of interest for employment, and click on Save My Preferences

 

How can I edit a Career Hub posting?

 

Navigate to Membership > Manage Profile > Networking & Careers > Career Postings 

  • Icons to the left of each entry allow editing and deactivation

How do I view a copy of my payment receipts?

 

To view and print a copy of your membership payment receipt:

Navigate to Membership > Manage Profile > Invoicing, Payments & History > Membership

 

You may also choose to view or print paid invoices from Event Registrations:

Navigate to Membership > Manage Profile > Invoicing, Payments & History > Invoices -- then use the dropdown menu to choose "Processed" invoices

 

What time period is covered by my membership dues?

 
WREAA membership is from January 1 to December 31.

 

What to do if I'm not receiving email from WREAA:

 

If you are not receiving the WREAA newsletter “#RE Badgers”, notifications of events in your area,  or other email from WREAA, we ask that you add us to your list of trusted senders, also known as "whitelisting." Instructions on how to whitelist WREAA for many email clients can be found here.
