About Membership
Membership in the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association is open to all graduates of the University of Wisconsin Real Estate and Urban Land Economics Program. In addition, the WREAA board of directors has approved an affiliate membership category for individuals who did not graduate from the UW Real Estate Program, but who are currently working in the industry and share our strong interest in advancing the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Program.

Members contribute to the ongoing development of the Wisconsin Real Estate Program through WREAA's financial support at a departmental level, through its financial support of students, and through the organization of its international network of alumni and affiliates who serve as "guardians" of the Program.

Benefactor, Cornerstone and Sustaining members provide additional financial support to the Real Estate network and receive recognition in the newsletter and on the website.

As a member you--

Membership Rates

 

Dues cover the calendar year from January 1 to December 31.

Membership dues payments may be submitted using this downloadable form.

Benefactor Member $1250

The Benefactor donor membership is intended to provide needed funding that will allow for the expanded role WREAA has undertaken in supporting the UW Real Estate Program and to strengthen WREAA programs.


Cornerstone Member $750

Cornerstone members are alumni or affiliate members of the WREAA who choose to provide additional financial support to help the WREAA meet its goals and objectives.


Sustaining Member $500
Sustaining members are alumni members of the WREAA who choose to provide additional financial support to help the WREAA meet its goals and objectives.

Regular Alumni Member $200
Regular alumni membership is available to alumni of the UW Real Estate Program at either the undergraduate or graduate level.

New Alumni (Complimentary Recent Graduate)
New UW Real Estate graduates are offered a complimentary WREAA Recent Graduate membership for the remainder of their graduation year, with one additional complimentary year following the year of graduation. 

Recent Graduate $100
For UW Real Estate graduates who are within three years of graduation, a discounted membership rate is offered for an additional two years following the complimentary term.
 
Affiliate Member $400
Affiliate membership is available to individuals who did not graduate from the UW Real Estate Program, but who are currently working in the real estate industry and have a strong interest in advancing the UW Real Estate Program.
