Neil Howe, author, historian, economist, and demographer will give the Opening Keynote on Friday morning. Neil is a renowned author and speaker on economic, demographic, and social change in America. He is the nation’s leading authority on today’s generations: who they are, what motivates them, and how they will shape America’s future. Howe coined the term “Millennial Generation” and has written over a dozen books on generations, many of them with William Strauss, including Generations (1991), The Fourth Turning (1997), Millennials Rising (2000), and most recently, Millennials in the Workplace (2010).

Ben Casnocha will give the Keynote Presentation at the Alumni Luncheon on Friday. Named “one of America’s top young entrepreneurs” by BusinessWeek and one of the top trendsetters in the talent industry for 2015 by Human Resources magazine, Ben Casnocha is helping organizations learn how to merge the start-up mindset with talent development and human capital to recruit, manage, and retain the entrepreneurial employees who are critical for success in the networked age. Casnocha is the co-author of two New York Times bestselling books with LinkedIn founder/chairman Reid Hoffman. Their most recent, The Alliance: Managing Talent in the Networked Age outlines a new and innovative framework for managing today’s employees.
