Western Wisconsin - Tours of The Spark, The Gebhardt Building, The Sylvee and Happy Hour - 5-17-18

Join WREAA members for a construction tour of The Spark, The Gebhardt Building and the Sylvee Music Venue on Thursday, May 17, 2018. The Sparks tour will take place at 3:00 pm with The Gebhardt Building and the Sylvee Music Venue tour starting at 4:00 pm. Networking reception will follow at LJ's Sports Tavern. Appetizers and 2 drink tickets provided. This is a members only event! Space is limited for the tours. Registration is required for all tours. WREAA members - Complimentary.

The Spark tour (12 spaces available) will start at 3:00 pm at 825 East Washington Avenue, Madison, Wisconsin 53703.  The Gebhardt Building and the Sylvee Music Venue tour (30 spaces available) will start at 4:00 pm at 803 East Washington Avenue (corner of South Livingston and East Washington Avenue), Madison, Wisconsin 53703. Lee Christensen, Development Manager, Gebhardt Development will be conducting the tours.

 

The Spark is a 158,000 square foot, eight-story building in the Capital East corridor of Madison and will include StartingBlock, its major tenant, the DreamBank, and offices for about 200 American Family corporate employees.  The building has a modern, environmentally-sustainable design and features collaborative indoor and outdoor spaces.

 

The Gebhardt Building is a 100,000 square foot building and will include a new Vintage Brewing Co. restaurant and bar on the ground floor, and office space on floors two through four.  

 

The Sylvee Music Venue is a 40,000 square foot building. It is a three-tiered venue which offers open floor spacing for standing or dancing with quick access to bars and restrooms.  A four story office tower will be built above it.
